Nikita White

Nikita White has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nikita started their career as an Assistant Business Manager at J.S. Morton High Schools District, where they demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial analysis. Nikita then moved on to Mundelein High School District as a Business Manager, responsible for accounting, cash management, and employee benefits.

In 2006, Nikita joined Proviso Township High Schools as an Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations, overseeing a large operating budget and managing day-to-day operations. Nikita achieved significant cost savings through outsourced services and introduced tax rate stabilization strategies.

Nikita also worked as an Adjunct Professor at National Louis University, teaching finance-related courses. Nikita then became the Executive Director of Business Services at City Colleges of Chicago, where they implemented standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Continuing their career in education, Nikita served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gary Community School Corporation, responsible for the financial management of a $200 million budget. Nikita developed initiatives to reduce operating deficits and achieved a balanced budget for the district.

In 2015, Nikita joined Asian Human Services, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer and later became the Chief Education Officer. Nikita then transitioned to Noble Schools in 2023, where they are currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer.

Additionally, Nikita has owned their own business, Panache Events, Inc., where they provided exceptional event planning services and managed operations, negotiations, and venue rentals.

Throughout their career, Nikita has demonstrated strong financial management skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to improving efficiency and achieving financial integrity.

Nikita White holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they earned between 1995 and 1999. Nikita also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University, and an EdD in Educational Leadership from National Louis University. Additionally, Nikita is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Nikita also holds additional certifications in Chief School Business Official and Superintendent.
