Tim Carnahan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim currently holds a role at Noble Schools as the Director of Talent, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Interim Director and Assistant Director of Talent at the same organization. From 2018 to 2020, Tim worked at Youth & Opportunity United as the Chief Talent Officer, overseeing HR and talent management for a non-profit organization. Tim also has experience at Leap Innovations as the Director of Programs and NextGen Director. Tim has extensive experience in program management and leadership training, having worked at New Leaders for New Schools as the Managing Director of Program and Senior Manager of Program and Operations. Tim has also worked in the media industry as an Independent Producer for Chicago Public Radio and a Producer for Global Journalist Radio. Additionally, Tim has experience in radio production and broadcasting from their role as a Producer/Anchor at KBIA 91.3 FM and a Host/Producer/Engineer at KFAI.
Tim Carnahan earned a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Macalester College in 1998. Tim later obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006.
