Amanda Underwood

Amanda Underwood currently serves as General Counsel and Head of Legal at NobleOak since October 2023. Previously, Amanda held various roles at Resolution Life from July 2020 to September 2023, including Legal Lead for M&A and Chapter Lead for Litigation & External Dispute Resolution. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution at AMP Life from July 2019 to July 2020, and as Head of Insurance Litigation and Senior Legal Counsel for Litigation & Dispute Resolution at AMP from March 2017 to June 2019. Amanda's early career includes a position as Special Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright from January 2002 to March 2017, and as a Solicitor at Moray & Agnew from 1999 to 2001. Amanda holds a degree from the University of Sydney.
