Nina Zieling

Director of Operations at Noble Panacea

Nina Zieling has over 20 years of professional experience in the retail and finance industries. Nina began their career in 1998 as a Management Trainee at Daimler. In 2000, they worked as an Analyst at ConPAIR AG, where they consulted in mergers and acquisitions, mainly sales mandates, and investor relations. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Researcher/Lecturer at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they conducted empirical research of the Spanish venture capital & private equity sector and taught courses on corporate finance, business planning and modeling. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as an Analyst at Arthur D. Little/Ambers&Co., leading corporate finance consulting for clients in acquisition, merger, built-up, and sales processes. In 2006, they became the General Manager Retail Operations at World Duty Free Group (Aldeasa), where they were in charge of two-store duty free operations. From 2013 to 2017, they were the General Manager at DFS Group Limited, in charge of general management for duty free/travel retail operation at JFK International Airport. Since 2017, they have been the Director, Retail Shops\u2014North America at Fresh (part of LVMH | Mo\u00ebt Hennessy \u2022 Louis Vuitton), where they are in charge of Skincare and Cosmetics boutiques throughout the United States. Nina is currently the Director of Operations at NOBLE PANACEA.

Nina Zieling began their education in 1998, when they obtained a BA in Business Administration from HZ University of Applied Sciences. Nina then obtained a Diplom in Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 1998 to 2001. In 2002, they earned a Master of Arts in Corporate Finance from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and in 2005 they took a course in Statistics for Social Research at the University of Michigan. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Corporate Finance/Venture Capital/Private Equity from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2008.
