Missy Rogers began their work experience in 1990 as a Senior Engineer at Texaco. Missy then moved on to KnightHawk Engineering, Inc in 1995, where they worked as a Business Manager for a year. In 2000, Missy became the President of Noble Plastics Inc and currently holds this position.
Missy Rogers obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their degree, they have also completed certifications in the Dale Carnegie Course and Sales Advantage. Furthermore, they hold a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS).

Founded in 2000, Noble began as a local, woman-owned family business pursuing accuracy and uniformity of difficult-to-mold plastic parts.
