Karl Backlund

Karl Backlund is the Founder and CEO of Noble, a company focused on creating a next-generation technology platform that facilitates seamless transactions among luxury hotels, travel advisors, and consumers. Backlund also serves as a Board Member at Ocean Club Group, a real estate development firm known for luxury residential projects in the Dominican Republic, and is a Co-Founder of Marchay, recognized as one of the fastest-growing businesses in travel and hospitality according to INC5000. Prior to these roles, Backlund was an Associate at Foundry Capital, a special situation investment company. Backlund holds an ESSEC MBA in Corporate Finance and Luxury Brand Management from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
