Sarah Rampmeyer

Sarah Rampmeyer serves as the Chief Growth Officer at DFS since May 2025 and has been the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Management at Noble since February 2022, where Sarah also held the position of Senior Director of Vendor Management. Prior experience includes various roles at Federal Resources from April 2013 to February 2022, including Director of Market Management and Vendor Relations Manager, as well as roles at ARINC and SAIC focused on government procurement and subcontracts administration. Sarah Rampmeyer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University in 2006.
