Gwyn Morgan

Gwyn Morgan, a Member of The Order of Canada and an inductee to the Alberta Business Hall of Fame, devoted three decades to building North America’s largest independent energy company. When he stepped down as founding CEO of at the end of 2006, EnCana Corporation had an enterprise value of $60 billion. Gwyn has served as a director of five global corporations including London-based HSBC. He has been recognized as Canada’s Outstanding CEO of the Year and also as Canada’s Most Respected CEO. He is the recipient of three Honorary Degrees and several business leader awards from Canadian universities.
