Steve Meredith

Steve Meredith is currently the CEO at NobleProg MEA. Steve has over 15 years of experience in senior consulting roles, specializing in change management and organizational transformation.

Meredith began their career as a business architect at Lloyd's Register in 2008. Steve then became a director and consultant at Proximi in 2006, where they worked on multiple projects involving change management and organizational transformation. In 2009, they joined HSBC as the Head of Change Delivery for the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

In 2015, Meredith joined MasonBreese (formally JCSL) as a senior consultant. Steve was involved in numerous client engagements and helped shape and oversee the development of a junior Business Analyst Change Academy. Steve also mentored and coached several junior BAs, internal and client staff during their time at the company.

Notable achievements include establishing a programme structure and governance for a 3 year, £15m programme of change addressing operational risk and controls, and helping to structure a full customer KYC remediation exercise in response to Regulatory commitment.
