Andres Fernandez began their work experience in 2002 as a Computer Sales representative at Best Buy. Andres then moved on to Fry's Electronics in 2004, where they took on the role of Computer Sales Management. In 2005, they joined Strictly Modified as a Sales/Office Manager. In 2008, they became a Senior Account Executive at TigerDirect Business, where they developed a book of business, managed client accounts, and offered various IT services. In 2015, Andres worked as a Senior Account Executive at PCM: The Right Technology, Delivered. Andres later joined Driven Motorsport Sales in 2016 as a Sales & Marketing Manager, where they managed sales and marketing campaigns, grew the company's social media presence, and upgraded network and phone systems. Most recently, Andres became a Senior Account Executive at NobleTec LLC in 2020, where they represent industry standards in IT and provides IT services and solutions to clients.

Andres Fernandez attended the College of DuPage from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Business and Marketing. Andres obtained additional certification as a Hitachi Qualified Professional in Solution Selling from Hitachi Vantara in October 2021.
