Amanda Coyne

Amanda Coyne has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Amanda'smost recent role was as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Noblis, starting in February 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Engineering & Technical Services at Parsons Corporation from June 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation from November 2018 to June 2020. Amanda also held similar positions at E3 Federal Solutions, LLC from February 2017 to October 2018, and at PCOAB, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, from January 2013 to November 2016. Amanda was also the Director of Recruiting at ICF International from August 2010 to December 2012. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Recruitment Process Outsourcing at Beeline - Formerly ESC from September 2006 to August 2010. Amanda started their career as a Recruiting Consultant at Employer Services Corporation in September 2006. Amanda also worked as a Management Recruiting Manager at MAXIMUS from July 2004 to September 2006, and as the Head of Recruiting at IKEA NA LLC from October 1997 to June 2004.

Amanda Coyne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Kent State University. Amanda has also obtained a certification in Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking from LinkedIn in 2022.
