Carolyn Izzo Rathburn

Carolyn Izzo Rathburn, PMP has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the engineering and telecommunications industry. Carolyn Izzo started their career at Technology Management Corporation as an Industrial Engineer/Management Consultant before moving to System Planning Corporation as a Cost Analyst. Carolyn Izzo then worked at Mitretek Systems as a Technical Staff and later as a Lead Engineer. Currently, they are working at Noblis as a Principal Engineer/Telecommunications Analyst, focusing on government WAN programs. Carolyn Izzo'sexpertise includes data analysis, contract requirements and acquisition, and cost savings analysis.

Carolyn Izzo Rathburn, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Virginia Tech in 1985. Carolyn Izzo then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Operations Research and Management Science from The George Washington University between 1990 and 1993. In 2014, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
