Ellen Glover

Ellen Glover is a retired executive and board member with over 40 years of leadership experience in the government consulting industry. Currently, they serve as the Chair of the Board of Visitors for the University of Pittsburgh School of Public and International Affairs and as a board member at Noblis Inc, Cadmus Group LLC, and BryceTech LLC. Ellen retired in 2019 as Executive Vice President/Group Leader at ICF, where they led a consulting group focused on various programs for federal, state, and local governments. They also chaired boards for the Professional Services Council and the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council and held leadership roles at multiple organizations, including President and COO at ATS and President at Impact Innovations Group. Ellen earned both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
