Lisa Gardner serves as the Vice President of Federal Civilian Solutions for Noblis, responsible for the strategy, program execution and growth of the federal civilian government portfolio. She brings over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic growth plans, winning large contracts, managing large and diverse teams, driving account operations and increasing financial results.
Ms. Gardner previously held the role of Business Development Executive for Noblis’ Federal Civilian Solutions (FCS) mission area. Her roles prior to joining Noblis include Senior Director, HHS Business Development and Strategy at Leidos; Vice President, Health IT at Technatomy and Vice President, Health and Scientific IT at Engility (now SAIC).
Lisa’s professional background spans a variety of federal agencies to bring a breadth of knowledge to FCS, with domain expertise from leading teams and driving growth within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Veteran’s Affairs, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S. Treasury Department and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In these programs she collaborated with scientific, IT, management and strategy team members who support high-performance computing, agile software development, enterprise program management and scientific-driven IT solutions to deliver innovations that provide mission outcomes to government customers.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (with a concentration in Management of Information Systems), both from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Fellow and was recognized by the Potomac Officers Club in 2021 as one of five health care executives making a difference in the health IT sector.
