Mark Lay

Mark Lay is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in information technology leadership and consulting. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Noblis, Mark has previously held positions such as Solution Executive and Deputy Chief Information Officer, as well as Director. Mark has also contributed to the Fairfax County Government as a Board Member on the Information Technology Policy Advisory Committee (ITPAC). Prior experience includes Director of Consulting at CGI-AMS and Business Unit Manager at American Management Systems. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Virginia and has furthered education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
