Matt Salter

Matt Salter serves as Noblis’ Chief Growth Officer for the federal civil sector where he oversees capture, sales, account management and partner management. Salter brings over 12 years of experience in the GovCon marketplace serving a wide variety of clients across aerospace, transportation, citizen services and healthcare domains. Throughout his tenure at Noblis, Salter has applied discipline and rigor to Noblis’ business development lifecycle while mentoring account leaders and capture managers.

Salter previously served as the business development director for the federal civilian solutions mission area where he led a sales and capture management organization supporting over nine civilian agency accounts. In addition to his business developer roles in the federal and commercial markets, Salter has served as a senior manager leading technical teams to advance IT modernization efforts including cloud, high performance computing, enterprise information management and risk-based decision making.

Salter also served as program manager for Noblis’ Risk and Safety Management Alert System, where he led cross functional teams in product development, system implementation and training, and subscription sales to healthcare providers in the U.S. and Canada.

Salter earned a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University where he was honored with the Distinguished Alumni award in 2016. He holds numerous certifications including Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner and Certified SalesForce.com Administrator.
