Scott James

Scott James is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in applied mathematics and software engineering. Since November 2010, Scott has served as a Senior Scientist and Technical Lead for the Air Traffic Control Analytics Group at Noblis. Prior to this role, Scott was the SW Engineering Manager at Elbit Systems of America from February 2008 to August 2010, where responsibilities included leading engineering efforts for networking protocols. Additionally, from 1996 to 2007, Scott worked as a Lead Architect at MCCI, designing a dataflow compiler engine for high-volume data analysis in multithreaded and multiprocessor environments. Academic credentials include a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
