Sean Rutherford

Sean Rutherford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sean started their career as a Management Analyst at the Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection in 2010 and later worked as a Contract Specialist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2012. In 2013, they joined StrategicHealthSolutions as a Healthcare Policy SME/Research Analyst II, where they also served as a Senior Business Development and Pricing Analyst and a Proposal Manager. In 2018, they joined RELI Group, Inc. as a Senior Proposal Manager and eventually became the Director of Win Center before transitioning to Noblis in 2019. At Noblis, they held the position of Senior HHS Capture Manager and later became the Director of Business Development - Healthcare. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills, driving growth and success in their respective roles.

Sean Rutherford has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Consulting & Organizational Leadership from the University of Baltimore from 2009 to 2012. Sean also has additional certifications such as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in 2016. Additionally, they hold a Graduate Certificate in Investments from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
