Sharad Bhaskaran

Sharad Bhaskaran serves as the Civil Space Division Director at Noblis since June 2025, overseeing the civilian space business unit's operations including P&L, project execution, and business development while aiming to expand into broader space initiatives within NASA and NOAA. Previously, Sharad worked as Mission Director at Astrobotic, leading efforts for a commercial lunar lander. An independent consultant at Pivotal Win, Sharad assisted small businesses with contracting opportunities. Sharad's extensive experience at Lockheed Martin spanned 25 years in various leadership roles, where achievements included managing major NASA contracts, winning competitive proposals, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Sharad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
