John S. has over 20 years of experience in information technology. John started their career at Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company, where they were promoted to Manager/Director of Information Technology. In this role, they managed the IT budget and staff, handled vendor relations and IT purchasing, and supervised a team of IT professionals.

John then joined McKean Defense as the Manager of Management Information Systems. John was later promoted to the Director of Management Information Systems and Policy, where they served as a cross-functional business partner for technology migrations and implementations.

In 2016, John was promoted again to Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at McKean Defense. John led a team of 5 and was responsible for all corporate systems and information, including vendor management and oversight.

Currently, John holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology at McKean Defense. John manages a 600+ employee network and a $1.6 million IT budget, overseeing procurement and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure.

John S. is a Temple University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Computer Science. Prior to attending Temple University, John S. completed their high school education at St John Neumann High School where they received a diploma, focusing on college preparation.
