Kim Leonard

Kim Leonard has extensive experience in contracts management, currently serving as Contracts Manager at McKean Defense Group since June 2013, where support is provided to the STS Business Unit and government customers including the Naval Warfare Center and NAVSEA. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Contracts Manager at URS Corporation from May 2007 to June 2013, overseeing a staff and managing various aspects of contract administration. Experience also includes serving as Contracts Manager at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. from February 2005 to May 2007, handling significant contracts and subcontracts for SPAWAR and the Naval Research Lab. Earlier, as Senior Contracts Officer at Mnemonics, Inc. from October 1996 to February 2005, Kim managed various contract types and administrative tasks. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salisbury University and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
