Matthew Will Cpcu

Matthew Will, CPCU, MBA, currently serves as an Underwriting Program Manager at Noblr Car Insurance since September 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at General Motors, including State Performance/Product Implementation for OnStar Insurance and Global Innovation from December 2019 to August 2021. Matthew's experience also includes serving as a Senior Product Development Specialist at Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company from May 2017 to November 2019, and a range of roles at The Hartford from May 2001 to April 2017, such as Assistant Product Manager, Product Analyst for Texas, and Personal Lines Aligned Underwriter. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information and Operations Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
