Nobody is the independent data infrastructure that futureproofs buildings, whatever their age.

We bring any building online immediately. Any automation system, any vendor, any protocol. Plug and play, no rip and replace.

And the value compounds:
→ Immediate energy savings.
→ Extended asset lifecycle, without costly system replacement.
→ Portfolio-wide compliance, EPBD and CSRD ready.

Our data infrastructure, small edge devices installed in minutes, turns legacy buildings into open, data-driven assets. No capital expenditure. No disruption.

Don't leave your portfolio behind. Open building data is the foundation for what comes next. AI-driven optimization runs on it. Cybersecurity and NIS2 compliance depend on visibility into every connected system. Climate resilience, from extreme-weather disaster preparedness to long-term adaptation, starts with knowing how a building actually performs.
