Nidhi Dutt

Nidhi Dutt is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of HR for Primary Sales at NoBroker.com since January 2021. Prior roles include Assistant Manager Human Resources and HR Manager at Mahendra Brothers - India, where responsibilities involved redesigning KRAs & KPIs, implementing HRMS for a large employee base, and managing performance appraisal cycles. Nidhi also worked as an Analyst at Right Management, focusing on outplacement and career transition projects, and as an HR intern at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, handling recruitment processes.
