Jesse Chavez is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Nobu Hospitality since August 2022, where responsibilities include launching the first beachfront Nobu at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager at Andaz Dubai The Palm from January 2021 to July 2022, and significant experience in restaurant management positions at CÉ LA VI, The ONE Group, and Catch Hospitality Group between 2015 and 2021.
