Kelly Olivas

Kelly Olivas has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Nobu Eden Roc Hotel Miami Beach since November 2017. In addition to this role, Kelly has held positions of Employment Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Manager at the same establishment. Since July 2013, Kelly has also been part of Nobu Hospitality as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Food & Beverage department. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Renaissance since January 2013 and as Style Manager at Eden Roc Renaissance from July 2010 to January 2013. Kelly's educational background includes studies at Miami Dade College and the University of Science in Nicaragua.
