Karishma Bande

Karishma Bande is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Manager and Manager of Brand Communications at Noccarc since July 2020. Prior experience includes a management internship at Emami Ltd. in April 2019, where Karishma spearheaded a project focused on innovative idea generation for the pain management portfolio, analyzed market competitors, and developed differentiated entry strategies for Zandu in muscular pain management. Initial experience as a Technical Plant Trainee was gained at Sarra Motors, Skoda India Pvt. Ltd. in late 2016. Karishma holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering Aurangabad. Early education was completed at Sir Parashurambhau College and St. Helena's School in Pune.
