Kush Mahan

Kush Mahan is a seasoned professional in business development and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Business Development at NOCD since July 2025. Previously, Kush held the position of Director of Strategy at Teamworks from July 2024 to July 2025, and served as the CEO and Co-Founder of ZoneIn until its acquisition by Teamworks in July 2024. Additionally, Kush has provided strategic guidance as a Board Advisor at Matibabu and held the role of Director of Healthcare Operations at Talkspace. Early career experience includes finance and operations strategy at Clinton Health Access Initiative, co-founding and directing strategy for the MindBright Foundation, and analyzing market trends at Rabin Martin. Kush was also a professional athlete with the Professional Squash Association, achieving the highest world ranking from Eastern Africa. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience/Psychology from Bates College.
