Steve Tregay

Steve Tregay is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Managing General Partner at Mission BioCapital since November 2019. With significant experience as the Founder and Interim CEO of Neuro StealthCo and as a Board Member at Vedere Bio, Tregay also provides insights as a Board Observer at Nocion Therapeutics, Inc. Previously, Tregay founded and led FORMA Therapeutics as President and CEO from 2008 to 2019 and established Compass Therapeutics LLC, serving as Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior roles include Managing Director at Novartis Venture Fund and Executive Director at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. Tregay holds a Ph.D. and MS in Organic Chemistry from Harvard University, complemented by a BS in Chemistry from Davidson College.
