Macarena Deana

Macarena Deana has been working in the field of business intelligence since 2021, when they took on the role of Head of Business Intelligence at nocnoc. Prior to this, they worked at ANTEL from 2014 to 2021 in various roles, including Data Analyst, Analyst / Project Coordinator and Analyst. In 2013, they worked at MercadoLibre.com as a Representative of Policies and Rules, where they were responsible for reviewing the site's postings, providing useful information for search filters, and communicating and recommending improvements to the internal procedures manual.

Macarena Deana is currently pursuing a Master in Data Science from UTEC - Universidad Tecnológica, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Posgrado en Sistemas de Información de las Organizaciones y Gestión de las Empresas de TI from Universidad de la República in 2020. Macarena also holds a Licenciada en Economía from Universidad de la República, which they obtained in 2017. Macarena Deana has also obtained several certifications, including Data Analysis in Social Science from edX in 2022, Machine Learning with Python-From Linear Models to Deep Learning from edX in 2021, Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from edX in 2021, Probability - The Science of Uncertainty and Data from edX in 2021, IELTS Academic -Band 7 from IELTS Official in 2021, and Certificate in Advanced English from University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations in 2011.
