Codi Farrar, MS, serves as the Operations Officer for the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, where responsibilities include coordinating IT strategy and implementing new systems, as well as overseeing a comprehensive software and security transition during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes a role as Department Administrative Support at UCHealth, providing vital operational support and enhancing employee culture through team-building initiatives. Additionally, Codi was a Volunteer Center Intern at United Way of Larimer County, contributing to community engagement efforts like Make a Difference Day. Codi holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Mission Driven Operations & Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Colorado State University.
