Doug Jeffery

Doug Jeffery has over 20 years of experience in operations and sales. Doug began their career in 1998 as the Managing Director of Leslie & Co, which they grew to a commercially viable business before selling it to Signity Americas, a division of D. Swarovski & Co. In 2008, they became the Director of Sales for Signity Americas, post-acquisition. Doug then moved to Axelgaard Manufacturing Company, where they served as the Director of Sales from 2008 to 2014. During their tenure, they implemented channel strategies and delivered a 24% sales revenue growth within the first three years against a 7% industry average. Doug also served as the Director of Materials R&D at AmGel Technologies, where they directed verification, validation, documentation, and scale-up within a highly regulated environment. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Consumer Product Operations at Thync, where they set product requirements, design requirements, and manufacturing strategies and monitored results across multiple business units. Doug then moved to Halo Neuroscience in 2018, where they served as the Vice President of Operations, directing all aspects of manufacturing operations and steering processes for product design and production scale-up. Doug is currently the Vice President Operations and Operations Consultant at Noctrix Health, Inc.

Doug Jeffery received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1995, and a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996.
