John Colborn

John Colborn has a long and varied work experience. John started in 2016 as the Founder of Setaysha Technical Solutions, LLC, where they developed patent-protected technologies with performance advantages in their fields. In 2019, they joined Noctrix Health, Inc. as the Product Development and Systems Engineering, where they performed hardware design, thermal-management design and testing, captured and documented requirements, and integrated the work of multiple disciplines. In 2016, they also began working at TANDY ENGINEERING & ASSOCIATES, INC as a Crash Reconstruction Engineer. In 2014, they joined Cyberonics as the Program Technical Lead, Research and Development Fellow, where they worked with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop and bring new medical device systems to market. In 1996, they also worked at Cyberonics as the Program Director, Research and Development, where they lead a cross functional team in the development of an implantable medical device. John also held roles as Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering, Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Engineering and Facilities, and Manufacturing Engineer.

John Colborn attended Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1996. John also completed formal professional education.
