Zulema Quintans

Zulema Quintans currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Noda since December 2023. Prior to this role, Zulema held multiple vice president positions at Arcadia from January 2022 to July 2023, overseeing Operations and Performance & Strategic Initiatives. Zulema also spent seven years at American Express from 2013 to 2020, achieving the 2019 Edward P. Gilligan Award for Innovation while serving as Vice President of Global Coverage and Head of Strategy for OPEN. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Bain & Company from 2008 to 2012. Zulema holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School.
