Chad Neppel

Chad Neppel has been an Engineering Representative at Nodak Electric Cooperative since May 2014, assisting the Engineering Department Manager in the design and planning of electrical facilities while providing analysis for system safety and reliability. Previously, Chad served as an Operations Center Technician at Nodak, focusing on minimizing service interruptions and ensuring efficient utility operations. Prior to joining Nodak, Chad was the General Manager at Red Pepper, Inc. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston, earned between 2010 and 2015.
