Cody Alvarez

Cody Alvarez serves as the Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Counsel at Nodal Clear, a clearing house associated with Nodal Exchange and FairX. Prior to this role, Cody worked as a Special Counsel at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and as a Regulatory Analyst at FINRA. Cody holds a Doctor of Law degree with a focus on Tax Law/Taxation and Corporate Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law, as well as a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
