Ethan Ang

Ethan Ang has been working in the tech industry since 2017. In that year, they co-founded Rendezvous Tech and also began working at ShopBack as Talent Acquisition (Technology) & Launch. In 2018, they co-founded NodeFlair and became the CEO. At ShopBack, they focused on sourcing senior technology talents, successfully hiring 2 Engineering Managers, 7 Senior Software Engineers, and 1 Product Manager. Ethan also spearheaded and built Taiwan and Vietnam Tech Hub from scratch, and improved the hiring process with key stakeholders. At NodeFlair, their mission is to help Tech Talents make better career decisions and help companies hire top-tier Tech Talents across APAC.

Ethan Ang attended the NUS Overseas Colleges for Entrepreneurship and then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at the National University of Singapore. In June 2020, they obtained a Co-Active Fundamentals certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
