Sarah Chew has a diverse work experience. Sarah began their career in 2016 as a Business Development Executive at Hired, Inc. Sarah then moved on to become an Associate Consultant at Page Personnel in 2018. In 2019, they took on the role of Developer Advocate at NodeFlair, a highly curated talent platform that matches top tech talents with high-growth tech companies in Singapore. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring talents received multiple invitations in one week, upfront salary expectations were met, and they had the choice to choose from multiple offers.

Sarah Chew obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Essex between 2011 and 2015.
