Xiao-Guang Zhang

Xiao-guang Zhang is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at NodeReal since September 2021, Xiao-guang previously held the position of Ecosystem Coordinator at BNBChain from January 2019 to March 2021, where efforts led to the significant growth of the BNBChain ecosystem, establishing it as one of the largest layer 1 blockchains globally within two years. Prior to this, Xiao-guang was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from March 2010 to January 2019, overseeing technology and information risk in China, and also held the role of Vice President at the same firm, managing the access management development team. Earlier in the career, Xiao-guang served as Senior Engineering Manager at Sybase Software from May 2004 to March 2010, leading projects related to the Sybase Unwired Platform and mobile tooling. Xiao-guang holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
