Madhvi Sharma is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and Administration. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Administration at NODWIN Gaming since October 2019, Madhvi is responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, leaves management, performance appraisals, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Madhvi worked as a Manager at NODWIN Group and gained experience as an Associate in Recruitment at Pyramid HR Solutions. Madhvi holds a PGDBM/MBA in Management from NSB School of Business and a B.Sc in Science from Delhi University.
