Katie Crooks

Katie Crooks is an experienced professional in product development and management, currently serving as the NPD Manager for NOEL since March 2025. Prior to this role, Katie worked at The Compleat Food Group as a Product Developer, leading development efforts for the M&S account. At Natures Way Foods, Katie held the position of Senior Product Developer, successfully launching new products for major clients such as KFC and Amazon, contributing £3 million in revenue. Earlier experience includes product development roles at Tesco and a position as Product Development Assistant at Adelie Food Holdings. Katie holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University and a BSc in Exercise, Nutrition and Health from Kingston University.
