Welcome to NOËP Distillery, where tradition meets innovation and every bottle tells a story. Founded in Krulli, Tallinn, Estonia, we craft SÜNK London Dry Gin with a fresh perspective, blending exceptional quality with a touch of humor, creativity and unexpected experiences.
Inspired by the artist NOËP, a visionary musician and creative mind, our distillery takes a bold approach to spirits. We don’t just make gin - we create an experience. From expertly crafted flavors to cutting-edge technology, including video-enhanced bottle labels, we’re redefining how people connect with their favorite drinks. The perfect cocktail of entertainment and craftsmanship—just like our gin.
