Sharon Haris

Sharon Haris is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in the energy and banking sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect at the Israel Independent System Operator since 2021, Sharon is responsible for developing and executing technology strategies aligned with business goals. Previously, Sharon led the architecture team at Bank Leumi from 2019 to 2020, overseeing IT architecture development for business applications. Earlier roles include serving as CTO and IT Manager at Assuta Medical Centers, Infrastructure Team Lead at Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd, and Technology Leader at Assuta Medical Centers. Additionally, Sharon's experience as a Professional Services Specialist at Ness Digital Engineering involved consulting for major enterprise organizations on complex infrastructure projects. Sharon holds an MBA and a BBA from the Center of Academic Studies.
