Rado Ardian has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Rado is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of NOICE, a position they assumed in August 2021. Prior to that, Rado worked at Google for nine years, from 2012 to 2021. During their time at Google, they held several positions including Program Manager for Google Store APAC and Google Maps APAC, Insights Manager for Global Client & Agency, and Industry Manager for Large Customer Sales. Before joining Google, Rado worked at Accenture as both an Analyst and Consultant from 2008 to 2012.
Rado Ardian holds an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from IE Business School. Rado also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia. Additionally, they completed the CORe: Credential of Readiness program offered by Harvard Business School Online.
