Bill Tran

Bill Tran is an accomplished Data Engineer at Noise Digital Inc. since April 2023, with extensive experience in data analysis and engineering. As a Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief at Win Column Sports since 2015, Bill has combined engineering skills with a passion for hockey by utilizing innovative data analysis techniques to evaluate NHL plays. Previous roles include Data Analyst and Product Manager at Venngage, where Bill focused on user data analysis, experimental design, and driving impactful projects. Bill's foundation in technical research was established through positions such as Orthodontic Biomechanics Researcher and various co-op roles in mechanical engineering and research at reputable institutions, including Halliburton and Natural Resources Canada. Bill holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
