Aditya Gandotra is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the areas of category management, revenue optimization, and brand development. Currently serving as Vice President & Head of Business - Audio at Noise since May 2023, Aditya previously held the position of AVP - Category & Revenue at Tata 1mg, where responsibilities included leading monetization and account management teams for non-Rx categories. Aditya's career also includes significant roles at Blinkit, where P&L ownership of the non-foods category was managed, and at RB, where Aditya served as Senior Global Brand Manager for Lavatory Care brands across 60 countries. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from National Institute of Technology Hamirpur.
