David Wiener

David Wiener has broad experience in strategy, intellectual property, corporate transactions and alliances. At Nok Nok Labs, Mr. Wiener’s team is responsible for the company’s operational functions including legal, finance and human resources. Previously, Mr. Wiener was a Director in Symantec’s Corporate Development group, where he led and managed acquisitions, corporate investments and strategic initiatives. He was also a member of Symantec’s corporate legal services team, where he led and managed M&A transactions. Mr. Wiener joined Symantec through the acquisition of PGP Corporation, where he served as Associate General Counsel. Prior to PGP, Mr. Wiener was a senior associate in the corporate and securities group at Gunderson Dettmer, where he was outside general counsel for private and public technology companies, venture capital firms and investment banks. Mr. Wiener received J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Santa Clara University, and holds a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University.
