Knut-Einar Skaarberg has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Knut-Einar started their career as a Manager at Accenture in 1995 and remained in the role until 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an Application Manager at Mesta. Knut-Einar then joined Halogen AS as a Senior Consultant from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they also pursued a career as a Musician and Producer. In 2010, they joined Nokas Group AS as the Chief Digital Officer, a role they held until 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Nokas, overseeing various systems for the company. In 2020, they joined AVARN Security Norway as the Chief Technology Officer and remained in the role until 2022. Currently, Knut-Einar Skaarberg is the Chief Digital Officer at Nokas Group, where they are responsible for designing and implementing "The New Nokas" alongside the executive management team.
Knut-Einar Skaarberg's education history includes various academic pursuits at renowned institutions. In 1989, they enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) and completed their MSc in Physics in 1994. Additionally, from 1991 to 1993, they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) to acquire a degree in Economics, focusing on business management. In 2002, they briefly returned to the University of Oslo (UiO) to pursue a Grunnfag (Basic Course) in Psychology.
