Arthur Saiewitz is a retired in-house legal counsel with extensive experience in sales and procurement contracts, as well as privacy and security law. They served as Senior Legal Counsel on the North America Customer Experience Team at Nokia from 2016 to the present, supporting significant US telecom and data service providers while focusing on customer contract privacy issues under various privacy laws. Prior to that, they held various legal roles at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and ALCATEL-LUCENT USA INC., managing litigation and ADR strategies across multiple domains. Arthur earned a BA in Music Education from Montclair State University and a JD with honors from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark.
