Bill McWain

Bill McWain is currently the Director of Program Management at Alcatel-Lucent, where they have been responsible for overseeing the deployment and customer satisfaction of North America Utility and Transportation customers since 2008. Prior to this role, McWain held various project management positions at The Tigon Corporation/Octel Communications and Avaya from 1995 to 1999. They also served as a Senior Manager of Program Management at Lucent Technologies from 1999 to 2008 and were enlisted in the USAF from 1987 to 1991. McWain earned a BBA in Business from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Baker University.
